Gilas Team Exhibition Against NBA Stars to also have Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry



Recent Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard from the San Antonio Spurs along with Toronto Raptors free agent point guard Kyle Lowry will join the NBA contingent that will go up against the Gilas Pilipinas basketball team at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 22-23. SBP President Manuel V. Pangilinan tweeted the news Tuesday morning.


Arizona Wildcat guard Nick Johnson, picked 42nd overall at the 2014 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets will join Damian Lillard, DeMar DeRozan, Paul Pierce and Blake Griffin in the two day sports event. The exhibition game will be a tune up game for the Gilas Pilipinas Basketball team.
